TechCrunch.com says Instagram started testing multiple account switching for Android last fall, and now has expanded that beta test to iOS. It should make it much less of a hassle to switch from your ‘finstagram’, or fake Instagram account to the real one with just a click of a selector at the top of the screen.
There’s a reason Disney calls some of its geniuses ‘Imagineers’…they cook up things you haven’t even imagined and bring them to life. Geek.com reports that Disney has patented drone-based flying movie screens. They would fly up to 50 drones at a time, with a perforated rear projection screen made of something like polypropylene. The holes allow airflow, so the drone can maintain position even with breezes. A wide angle mirror reflector picks up the light and image from a ground based projector. Imagine the California Adventure night show viewable in mid air, and you get the idea.
